Mentally Prepared?

Tomorrow I am starting the MASTER CLEANSE! My goal is to keep it up for 10 days, but I won't promise anything. To make the start easier I have already given up coffee and cigarettes and been eating mainly vegetables and fruits today, I am also gonna end the day with plenty of herbal tea and laxative tea.

I went to the supermarket and got myself some lemons, I don't think they will last that long since you need loads of them!

So let's see how this go, wish me good luck, I'll keep ya'll updated ;)
