Our trip...

Have had the best 5 week roadtrip ever. Been through 13 states, faced alot of fears and bears! Seen so much! Amazing people and one amazing country!

Exhausted!

Spent last night in San Diego, got wild! Woke up with the worst hangover ever, catched our flight to Chicago, have a feeling we will be quite lazy today... we are ready to go home now! This is how Jaap feels after 5 weeks of road trippin! ;)

Just Amazing!

After Vegas we headed towards Grand Canyon. We went up 4 in the morning to watch the sunrise, sooo beautiful! Then we decided to take a helicopter tour through the canyon.. ahhh that was so cool! Now we are in a small town called Yuma, on the border to Mexico! Nice place but so warm, 45 degrees! Today we are heading to San Diego!

What happens in Vegas....

Oh dear! We are exhausted! Really ready to leave now! Had a lot of fun here, it is really a crazy crazy place! Our hotel "New York New York" have their own rollercaster, casino, 9 bars, a theater and night clubs!! CRAZY!

On the road again!

Starting our drive to Las Vegas now, 10 hour drive which we will do in 2 days cause we can! VEGAS here we come! I am hoping to spot some naked royalties while there! ;)

San Francisco!!!

We decided to stay an extra night here since we woke up feeling very lazy today! Had a long and wild day yesterday, I even got a tattoo! We went to Alcatraz, that was really cool and then we went to some pubs and got pretty tipsy! Tomorrow we are driving east towards Vegas!

I am having the time of my life! Portland was crazy! Really fun city with micro breweries and party people.
After Portland we drove down to the Redwoods (tallest trees in the world) that was just amazing, never seen anything like it, magical! We were staying in the Yurok Tribe Reservation, and we found the one and only pub in the village and had so much fun! Just in time for the Salmon Festival! :) Now we just woke up in San Francisco!!!! Going out for some sightseeing! Here are some pics along Highway 101.

Very Warm!

After Yellowstone we went to Ketchum, Boise and then to Portland, Oregon! Portland was wild! So fun! Now we are on the coast in a small town called Lincoln City.

There are so many forrest fires here, so we had to reroute are way a bit!

Been there, done that got the t-shirt!

We are now in Boise, Idaho! Really nice place! Spent last night in Ketchum and got really drunk! Had to change our route because of forest fires all over the place, really smokey! Chilling tonight, have a long drive tomorrow to Portland Oregon.

Yellowstone!

The connection out here is not too good so pictures will come later! Yellostone is awesome! Accidently ended up hiking up a mountain on "our own risk" without bear spray and water, I was seriously freaking out but we survived! Today we are driving on to Idaho, first stop Stanley!

Camping with the grizzly's!

We are now in Jackson, Wyoming. Very touristic but nice anyway. We spent a few days camping by Fremont Lake, really nice place! Tomorrow we are off to Yellowstone!

Life is a highway!

So far we have gone through Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska! We are now in a small town called Cheyenne in Wyoming, went to a bar, so cool! They had like 50 different beers on draft! Getting very close to the Rocky Mountains and Yellowstone now, very nice!

We finally got the car registered and we got new plates so we are repacking the car and then we are heading west! Yihaaa! Thanks Ohio for now! :)

Yachting on Lake Eire!

 Last night we went out with our friend Tim's boat on lake Eire, beautiful! We stopped at Kelly's Island for some strawberry shots, there is actual alcohol in them! I am bringing that idea back home to Europe!
